We own all rights in the Service, including software, designs, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to the App Store listings you look up and the graphics you generate for your own apps or with proper permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Output quality depends on third-party data and the information you provide.
AppCard offers a free lookup allowance and paid monthly or one-time memberships. Prices, billing frequency, and plan features are shown at checkout. Paid memberships renew automatically (monthly) or are one-time as described at purchase.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time through Paddle. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
